Rehearsals for the oratorio Solomon are swinging nicely!

Last night the Hallgrimskirkja Motet Choir and The Hague International Baroque Orchestra had their first Solomon rehearsal togeather. It was quite amazing to see and hear this magnificent piece begin to come togeather.

It was a night of true baroque swing, amplified by Helgi Thorgils Fridjonsson´s religious paintings, that are steadily finding their places in the church for tomorrow´s opening ceremony at 5 pm.
